When using the Galaxy S25 Ultra, I just realised that One UI 7's media player can be controlled even when the phone is locked with Always on Display turned on. Just double-tap on the controls (play/pause, rewind/previous song, and next song).

I mostlu control music vai long presss on volume button (you can do that in sound assistant app /goodlock)
