Its an interesting point and one of those wait until all sides are heard for me. We will all have different world views based on age and when we grew up, what we saw. So I kind of see his point I think. Not defending him, but are different world views a factor? Just thoughts.

Most places got shot of those old-style creepy managers all over their secretaries in the late 1980s to the mid 90s... That the BBC still allows it in its talent shows is proof of how out of touch it is.

Gregg Wallace has reportedly been banned from working at the BBC ever again. The organisation says they have a lack of "confidence" that the presenter can change his nature, following allegations of sexual misconduct. Wallace was sacked as MasterChef presenter earlier this week, after an inquiry into his alleged inappropriate behaviour by production company Banijay, which is due to be released in the next few days. Nick Dixon reports.

The celebrity chef lost his job for allegedly using "an extremely offensive racist term". He says he has no recollection of the incident.
