The Niceaunties AI Video Grant At Fellowship, we believe in creating an environment for experimentation and the development of ideas. That is why, when niceaunties proposed a grant program for mentorship and the creation of AI videos, we immediately said yes. The program will help support six artists, to create a Solo Show for the Fellowship Daily program. The commitment is to produce 8 new videos based on a theme proposed by Niceaunties. This will be an open call for all the Daily Artists and the AI video community at large. Everyone is welcome to reply/submit a video for consideration. Each grantee will receive a total of 2ETH provided by Niceaunties and Fellowship, as well as mentorship from Niceaunties and alejandro cartagena. We encourage artists applying to consider this grant as a space of critical feedback and of experimentation. Artists are encouraged to be open to new ideas and to explore alternative ways of how to think of their practice. These funds and curatorial support are there to open up time for the creators to engage and create a space ideal for critical feedback. We believe that developing an artistic voice comes from experimentation and confrontation of ideas. All 8 pieces produced during the month will be auctioned on the daily . xyz site as a one-day Solo Show. All proceeds of the sales will go to the artists. We are looking for creators who want to expand their ideas and take their art to the next level. We thank Niceaunties for their passion and commitment to AI art and the art community. 🪐 WORLD CREATORS Generative AI opened the door for everyone to tell their stories without the need for a crew or a big budget. We started slowly with images and saw an enormous interest in tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, or Leonardo. Now, a bit more than a year later, we find ourselves in front of new technologies that are transforming our way of life, how we create, and how we consume content. ChatGPT is rapidly replacing Googling, and all the generative AI tools are replacing all the stock photos and videos, with tools like Runway enabling storytelling for everyone. And we won't take over Hollywood. We will surpass it in ways we can't even imagine right now. We'll be able to create worlds and stories beyond our wildest imagination. Generative AI is enabling creative people to go 1000x on what was possible before. At the core of everything we'll still need human creativity, and we have to understand that AI tools without it will be nothing. Until then, enjoy a short video I've put together to illustrate a small fraction of the worlds we will create soon. What worlds and stories are you excited to create?
