Just a week ago, we were notified that Mexico was preparing to release millions of gallons of sewage into our region. Thanks to public pressure, awareness, and advocacy—Mexico is now redirecting that sewage to their own treatment plant instead of dumping it into the U.S. We are cautious, but this could be a huge win for our communities, our coastline, and our environment. It proves that when we raise our voices, we can protect what matters. Let’s keep up the fight for clean water and accountability!

We rise to a moment and we stand on broad shoulders of people who have fought this fight before for our country. And in many ways let us look at the challenge then that we are being presented and not be overwhelmed by it. The baton is now in our hands, to fight for, not against, but for this country we love.

It has no choice.” Love that quote from Shad Helmstetter in his great book ‘What To Say When You Talk To Your Self’. The inner dialogue that’s going on all the time in our head is THE most important thing we have going on. How we talk to ourselves is a huge part of creating a powerful self-image, which is important because we will never out perform a poor self-image. When we take control of our self-talk and feed our mind powerful thoughts, we direct our focus on to what we WANT to happen. When we let our self-talk happen by chance, many times our focus gets directed to what we DON’T WANT to happen. We can all take notes from AD_99 as he clearly had this mastered.
