EACC ARRESTS SENIOR PROSECUTOR FOR BRIBERY IN KILGORIS The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has arrested Japheth Ouko Mayore Isaboke, the Principal Prosecution Counsel in charge of ODPP Kilgoris, on allegations of soliciting a Kes50,000 bribe from a businessman in exchange for fast-tracking a court case. The amount was negotiated downwards to Kes40,000. The complainant refused to pay the bribe and instead reported the matter to the EACC. The Commission conducted an operation that led to the arrest of the suspect on Sunday 16th February 2025 while receiving Kes20,000 as part of the bribe. He was held at Kisii Police Station and later released on Kes30,000 cash bail pending the finalization of the investigation. #TuangamizeUfisadiTuijengeKenya

Paralyzed Husband was produced on stretcher in the Kanpur Family Court after non-bailable warrant was issued against him in a maintenance case filed by his wife. It is reported that the wife deserted the husband just one month after the marriage and later she filed cases of maintenance as a result of harassment against him. Husband suffered Brain hemorrhage and was bed ridden. But the wife claimed in the court that he is fit and fine and fooling the court after which court issued warrants against the Husband.

BREAKING: The criminal case against New York Attorney General Letitia James has been assigned to LGBTQ+ Virginia U.S. District Court Judge Jamar Walker (Biden appointed). Acting U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia Lindsey Halligan is the only prosecutor listed on the case. “No one is above the law.
