I didn't see Mark Jackson, Charles Oakley, Xavier McDaniel, Marbury, Cartwright, or Melo. I'd even say Jeremy Lin could have been there, to be honest. He gave a memory of a lifetime for a few weeks!

Melo must have been busy. He is always around as is Marbury. Oakley I think still banned from Garden. Would have liked to see Grundfeld, Cartwright, Harper, Blackmon, Trent Tucker, Darell Walker. Eddie Wilkins & Ken the Animal Bannister probably too much to hope for.

Wonder if years later, they do this again,….. they be like, ”…Knicks legend: Kevin Knox…., SDJ…., Herzonia, ….” Don’t take this the wrong way, I love all the Knicks legends, but if Metta’s on the list, so should, say…(randomly) Kurt Thomas, TyChandler

Eddy Curry but no Melo ? David Lee but no Nate Robinson? Sparrow but no Jamal Crawford?? And of course ridiculous, still no Oak

Anybody else notice how silent it got when they announced Eddie Curry & Charles Smith? Idk, i don’t want to be that guy but Melo, Marbury, Oakley, Childs, Mark Jackson were 5 just off the top of my head that deserved to be honored over some others when you consider impact
