In Scotland we have free school meals; this should apply in all UK countries.

How can we ignore the future by starving our children.

Why can't the parents provide a hot meal for their own children?. My parents fed me and I fed mine. Took a little packed snack to school, again,provided by my parents. Just enquiring

This is a priority as part of giving a positive future to all our citizens and while we’re about it let’s really show we care by healing the planet

READ THIS AND TELL ME THAT YOUR PRIORITY IS FREE FOOD FOR WEALTHIER JUNIORS! The main beneficiaries of Universal Free School Meals are middle & high earners You don’t even campaign to feed the poorest children, you ignore secondary pupils Just indefensible

Are parents included in this? Afterall children's, welfare is the responsibility of their parents.

We have a tradition in Britain 🇬🇧 we’ve always fed our own kids and most proud Brits wouldn’t accept charity,it was a badge of shame. So with me being Old School who wants these free school meals? Obviously not indigenous Brits.

they are NOT free , they are payed for by the taxpayers

I've never quite understood the emphasis on 'hot' food as being somehow more nutritious and worthy. I completely agree that children need to be fed but the added cost and complications of making the food hot makes it less likely to be achieved.
