🙈🙊🙉 SEC TURNS A BLIND ON MARKET MANIPULATION IN SMALL CAP COMPANIES 🙉🙊🙈 U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission turned a blind eye on Market Manipulation in penny stock which gave the manipulators the go ahead to attack small companies. They got bold as the SEC wasn't watching they decided to move up the food chain to bigger companies. Now if you are under a 2 Billion market cap you are at risk of being attacked by Wall Street Parasites. IT'S MORE PROFITABLE TO BANKRUPT COMPANIES This is hurting innovation and the economy. It's out of control. Will they move up to Companies that are under 10 Billion❓️ When does it stop❓️ WHY WOULD ANY COMPANY GO PUBLIC UNDER THESE CONDITIONS ❓️❓️🤔

📣📣 THE SEC HAS PROVEN INCAPABLE FROM PREVENTING MARKET MANIPULATION FROM HAPPENING AND PUNISHING THOSE WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOING IT Nothing has changed. It doesn't matter who the Chairman is Gary Gensler, Paul Atkins or anyone else. They are a captured agency and should be ABOLISHED‼️

📣📣SEC IS VERY WELL AWARE THAT MARKET MANIPULATION HAS EXPONENTIALLY GROWN In the last decade, the SEC says market manipulation cases have statistically grown 37% They can't hide it anymore it's blatantly happening, and the SEC is turning a blind eye. Many companies are taking legal action to protect the company and their fiduciary responsibility to protect their shareholders.

🙉🙈🙊 SEC ZERO INTEGRITY AGENCY We are not the only ones that have zero respect for the SEC. The SEC has made it perfectly clear they are not protecting investors. Which is wild as that is actually their job. If they had done their job the markets wouldn't be in this mess. They don't know how to fix it because it is out of control. SEC WE CAN'T FIX IT SO WE WILL IGNORE IT‼️

🚨🚨HOW MANY INVESTORS HAVE BEEN DESTROYED DUE TO THE SEC FAILURE TO INVESTIGATE AND ENFORCE ❓️❓️ SEC was warned about Madoff they even investigated (I use that term loosely) and the verdict was Madoff was cleared. We have sent thousands and thousands of letters, emails, whistleblower reports and the SEC does nothing. Except make it easier for criminals to hide their crimes by pushing back disclosure reporting, neutering the CAT Consolidated audit trail and deleting data three years and older. NOT A NEW DAY AT THE SEC 🙉🙊🙈

📣📣RALPH NORMAN DEFENDING HIS LACK OF ACTION REGARDING MMTLP Congress has subpoena power to find out what happened. The SEC has subpoena power to find out what happened. 🙊🙈🙉 PAUL ATKINS IS LOOKING FOR HANKY PANKY IN MARKETS DURING SHUTDOWN 🤣🤡🤣 Paul Atkins is still hard at work looking for HANKY PANKY in the financial markets. Yet we see blatant daily manipulation like wash trading, dark pool abuse, spoofing, payment for order fraud, illegal naked shorting and failure to deliver just to name a few that has been going on for decades. WHEN ENFORCEMENT ❓️ WHEN ACCOUNTABILITY ❓️ If you know HANKY PANKY is going on and you are aware of it and in a position to do something about it and choose to do NOTHING. In the eyes of the law you are GUILTY ‼️

SEC Chair: Will issue crypto market rules if the Clarity Act fails to pass On July 27, 2026, SEC Chairman Paul Atkins Paul Atkins discussed the Clarity Act and the regulation of the U.S. crypto market structure during a CNBC interview. He stated that he is optimistic about Congress passing the bill, with the SEC actively assisting by answering questions and providing technical support. If Congress ultimately fails to act, the SEC is ready, willing, and able to issue rules to address the issues involved in the Clarity Act and improve regulation in other areas of the crypto market. However, Atkins believed that SEC rulemaking cannot replace congressional legislation. The crypto market ultimately still needs a statute to provide more lasting certainty and establish clear safeguards for future regulatory direction and market development.
