Notice how when they realized they were wrong they still made no effort to apologize or immediately uncuff him like they still wanted to arrest him for backtalking.

This exact same thing happened to me. Coming to arrest me because they thought I look like this other guy who apparently lives in the neighborhood and is evading arrest. I called them "Piggers" and everything in that encounter, I refused ID, they left.

Cops fragile egos got hurt and they take it out on the wrong guy. Then us taxpayers have to pay the fucking settlements. End qualified immunity… or take the settlements out of cop’s pensions.
