Yes,when you find yourself able to laugh, recognize it as a sign of healing and continue nurturing that positive outlet, incorporating activities and connections that bring joy and laughter into your life.

I have complex trauma so I can't even finish watching this because it's too real.

I had a few very dark years and when I laughed, my partner at the time watched me and cried. He said he hadn't seen me laugh for well over a year. It really is a sign of healing!

When you can find solitude in laughter, you discover the true path to healing.

Laughter is the best medicine and universal language. Laughter weaves moments of shared joy and turns ordinary moments into cherished memories. Its spontaneous and infectious nature brings genuine, heartwarming joy—a crucial antidote to life's challenges. Additionally, laughter triggers the release of endorphins, contributing to an improved mood and a sense of well-being for individuals dealing with the complexities of CPTSD.

😂😂😂😂😂👏🏼I love this!! Love your new book 🥰….my son brought it for me first Christmas! He remembered me talking about you and saw the book when shopping…legend he is! Nothing like conscious parenting and reciprocal learning with your own kids!!

I feel called out 🤣🤣 Humor truly has been a key coping mechanism for me. Being able to laugh at it all has helped me through, and is also a unique way to connect with other trauma survivors in a way that doesn’t feel too intense/serious immediately

These videos are the best

GL with the book! Great promo!! Agree, laughing rather than bewailing is a strong sign of emotional growth.

Ugh I’m the girl in bed…😭😭😭😭😭 It’s exhausting to feel overwhelmed ALL.THE.TIME
