@patcullen9 So sad- but true. Its so demoralising for staff on wards when they can't answer call bells. When there's a delay in getting someone pain relief that nurses know they need. When telephones are not answered. When dozens of small things are not done because there just isn't staff.

@patcullen9 The government need to be held accountable for the increased burn out and suicide rates in NHS staff. They also need to recognise their policy have contributed to many avoidable patient deaths. The blood is on their hands.
