Reading paper books vs reading ebooks: "Comprehension on devices, in particular smartphones, is much poorer, much worse than when one reads on actual paper." –Huberman Why? Reading on a smartphone appears to suppress physiological sighs. But if you're reading on a device, do a double inhale and long exhale every 5 minutes to combat this.
