That is chicken fried steak, and done right it's fucking delicious. However i believe gravy should be served on the side, so as to preserve the consistency of the breading.

I feel my arteries clogging and my odds of a stroke or cardiac arrest increasing just by looking at that. I also feel hungrier and tell myself, “An extra slow run and an additional resistance training session can help burn that off. Also… eating it for lunch instead of dinner would be wise.” Always fun when my mind starts trying to rationalize. 😈 👼
