I'm not a Bonds guy, but he needs to be teaching hitting somewhere. He understands it like maybe 5 other guys ever have. And he knows how to communicate it.

This is why every single youth hitter needs to be in the weight room. It was never about being strong, its about keeping movement simple and short, while achieving the highest level of output possible. Swinging harder is unequivocally never the answer.
