The oligarchy needs a population that is so dumb, brainwashed, indoctrinated, and drugged out of their minds that they could believe: US democracy exists The debt is sustainable Epstein worked for nobody Their country is the "good guys" Living this way is normal Things will get better And the most important thing, Americans can't tell you who rules the U.S. Name all the unelected rulers. What's the hierarchy, what are their names, who's at the top? They can't do it.

A little harsh but not necessarily untrue. I find it difficult to have conversations with people about things that are important to me, world events, politics, the planet, animal welfare. They are either uninformed or belligerent in their views. Maybe this is why I am single.

I’m an American. I don’t drink or do drugs and I have read a book, cover to cover, in the last 12 months. 😌 To be precise, The Death of Ivan Ilyich. Hoorah for me! 🎉🥳 I also don’t participate in situations that negatively impact my mental health, because I respect my mind and my ability to reason and think critically.
