That's why I call my dad 2 times a week. Ask how his day was. What he did. What he had for dinner. That i miss him. That i love him.

Damn!!! This hits hard, what a reality checker. We need to take care of ourselves as men, it's okay to not give two fucks sometimes cos the ones you're breaking your backs for don't care when you drop dead.

Pride won’t let us

My brother died 2 years ago today and after grieving the biggest thing that still haunts me are the times I was to busy to talk or time I didn't spend with him and loving him. My mother and I have talked so much more but all that regret. Seeing this on the day he passed. I cried

its all theatre, society doesn’t care about men. They hate men, we’re expendable.

Men should teach their children to be more loving and affectionate towards them if that’s what they want. Men should also talk to other men with respect and kindness. Don’t just expect praise from women. Accept praise from everyone without saying it’s “gay” or laughing it off.🙄
