Emily McDonald says your brain will not let you imagine goals that don't match your current identity. She references identity-based motivation theory, which shows your brain physically blocks you from dreaming up things that don't fit who you currently believe you are. This is why advice like "dream bigger" rarely works. The person hearing it doesn't have the identity yet, so their brain refuses to generate the bigger dream. The ceiling on what you can imagine is the same as the ceiling on who you think you are. McDonald says her own life only changed when she did the work on her self-concept first. Once her identity expanded, her brain started generating big goals on its own. She decided to get a PhD in neuroscience and went after a Nobel Prize. Identity comes first. The dreams come second. — Emily McDonald on the Codie Sanche's (Codie Sanchez) podcast PS: B2C health apps, SaaS, brand or info founders: We'll make 𝕏 your #1 organic acquisition channel in the next 90 days without you writing a single tweet. Joe Dispenza’s 3-step daily ritual to literally rewire your body for the future you want: 1. Teach your body emotionally what your future feels like — before it happens. Sit, close your eyes, and feel that new reality (health, wealth, love, peace) so intensely you don’t get up until your body believes it’s already true. Do this consistently → synchronicities and “weird doors” start opening. 2. End every day in gratitude — not just saying thank you, but teaching your body the emotional signature of receiving. Gratitude is the ultimate state of receiving. When you’re in gratitude, every positive thought sinks deep and triggers ~1,200 chemical reactions that restore and repair the body. 3. Open your awareness to the space around you — just sit, close your eyes, and sense the room, the air, the silence. This simple act lowers stress hormones and creates coherent brainwave states in minutes. His message: Stop waiting for life to change you. Change your emotional state first — and life changes to match. Which of these three are you starting tonight?

Never underestimate what God can do with one person who believes what He showed them. Through my lens in Toronto, I watched a dream become memory. Pastor Nathaniel Bassey remembered when Apostle Joshua Selman first told him about the vision of the Sound of Revival. Years later, I was standing inside that vision, watching a woman who had not walked properly in over 30 years stand, her legs straighten, and walk. Sometimes God allows you to live long enough to see with your own eyes what once existed only by faith. Dreams do come true. Believe. #TolaniAlli #Storyteller #TheHAT

Hey loves 💕 I just dropped one of the most raw and honest episodes I’ve ever recorded: “The Journey from Mask to Authentic Self” In this deep dive I share for the first time how “Dee” was born when I entered the swinging lifestyle… how I couldn’t even see the separation between her and me for years… and the very real break in my psyche between sexual intimacy and emotional intimacy. I talk about the moment the mask became a cage, the dark nights when it finally cracked, the grief, the void, and the beautiful reclamation that led me back to the real Cylla. This episode is all about why true self-love can ONLY begin when we stop performing and start unmasking and how that one brave choice changes everything: your relationships, your dharma, your intimacy, and your entire energy. If you’ve ever felt like you’re playing a character in your own life… this one is medicine. The full 30+ minute episode is now live exclusively for Self Love Circle members. ✨ Journal prompts, the 5 stages of shedding, guided practices, and so much more are waiting for you. JOIN TODAY and come home to yourself with me. Drop a ❤️ if you’re on the journey from mask to authentic self. Drop the word you’re feeling right now — “cracking”, “grieving”, “void”, or “reclaiming” — I’m reading every single one. I love you deeply. Let’s keep walking each other home. — Cylla #SelfLoveCircle #UnmaskYourself #ShadowWork #AuthenticSelf #InnerChildHealing Dharma PatreonExclusive

The new-fangled vacuum salesman. This is the best example I've seen of how AI and computer vision is changing consumer electronics. Here Matic Robots founder Mehul comes to my home to give me an in-depth demo (the good stuff starts about 30 minutes into the video). This also shows how products are greatly improved when you have a team that looks at life from first principles. Some things to note? Because of its roller design it doesn't get clogged by pet hair. Because of its computer vision it doesn't get stuck on cords, or fringes on rugs. Because of its AI it doesn't "chew" an expensive rug and destroy it. Because of its 3D real-time scan of your home it lets it do things other vacuums can't.

In the quietest room in the world, you wouldn't be able to survive for more than 30 minutes Even people who have been in it for just a few minutes begin to feel nauseous and dizzy Your vestibular system works by constantly picking up tiny echo signals, but in that room it receives no response, so your body thinks something is wrong Clap your hands -> and the sound will simply cease to exist Pop a balloon -> and there will be no explosion, just the snap of the shell breaking Everyone's voices sound as if they're right next to your ear, no matter where they are in the room And the reason this even exists: Harvard built the first devices of this kind during World War II, because testing acoustics outdoors meant spies could watch what they were doing Here's what most people overlook: This video racked up 11 million views in a single day No complicated editing, no plot, no climax. Just one question your brain refuses to let go of -> What does silence actually feel like? That's the whole point. The experiment doesn't need a plot. It needs a question that people can't stop trying to answer In the article below Paone wrote about two forms that underlie every viral video. This video is the purest version of one of them Save this. The most-viewed video of the day was a video in which 11 million people listened to silence

"Match fixing" "Charity match" "It's a pub league" "Surely this isn't a clip from a top 5 league" I've seen all sorts of reactions to that viral Sassuolo-Juventus clip. But here's what the 30-second clip doesn't show. Juventus had just equalized for the second time in the 90th minute. They were desperate for all three points, throwing men forward and often leaving just two defenders behind the ball. The final minutes had already turned into a frantic, high-risk game state. Sassuolo broke. Adžić finished. Suddenly, everyone had a theory. The footage I've attached captures the end-to-end action leading into that final goal. It doesn't capture every second before Adžić scored. But it gives you context that gets completely lost when you judge the final 30 seconds in isolation. Watch it and make your own judgement. Because if this is the yardstick for calling a Serie A game "match-fixing" or a "pub league", I'm not sure we're watching the same sport. 😅 And fair play to Sassuolo. They kept going and had the courage to punish Juventus when the opportunity came. Serie A has been ridiculously entertaining this season. 🇮🇹⚽️ Catch up if you can.

the choir members at voices of youth did an ep.1 reaction and praised #CHENLE 🩵 one of the choir member said the one who left the deepest impression to him was chenle. they said chenle’s from sm, from nct dream, and his singing style feels more like a k-pop vocal approach. compared to traditional singing, male voices in that style tend to have a wider range and can reach higher notes. and when chenle suddenly sang in a female key, it really shocked them. his tone color is very unique and really high, the moment he opens his mouth, it’s basically soprano and it stunned everyone. chenle was the only male singer who tried singing in a female key. at first, chenle sang it an octave lower in a male version, but he said it felt uncomfortable, so he wanted to try singing in the female key instead. at that time, the teacher didn’t really let him go that route and instead encouraged him, saying ‘your tone is really good, you have your own unique color’ woah our amazing vocalist 🥹🫶🏻 #천러 #チョンロ #钟辰乐 #辰乐 #CHENLE #CHENLE_VoicesOfYouth #超燃青春的合唱

Nobody's talking about how insane this is. Claude Code can now see your entire codebase before it touches a single file. found a repo called repowise, here's what one pip install does: it maps every file, class and function into a dependency graph with PageRank. it turns your git history into hotspot scores and hidden co-change pairs, the files that always break together with no import link between them. it scores every file for defect risk, 0.74 ROC AUC across 21 repos, and beats CodeScene 2.3x on defects found under the same review budget. it auto generates a wiki for every module and rebuilds it in under 30 seconds on every commit. all 10 tools and 5 layers plug straight into Claude Code, Codex, or any MCP agent. so when you say "add rate limiting to all endpoints," Claude doesn't read 30 files and guess. it's 5 tool calls, 2 minutes, and it flags the 47 dependents before touching any of them. runs fully offline with Ollama. code never leaves your machine either way. 5.1k stars. AGPL-3.0. free to self host. Try it:

This How I Write guest is an underrated gem of a human being. She launched Stripe Press, wrote the famous About Us page for Figma, and is an expert on all things business writing. I bring you Brie Wolfson, and 14 things she's learned about writing: 1. You cannot do great work without admiring the great work of others. Those who create tasteful things are almost always deep appreciators. This is why... 2. …Put your favorite paragraphs in a word document. Revisit this doc when you’re out of ideas or looking for inspiration. 3. The First Ten Minutes. The Marriott group obsesses over the first ten minutes guests spend in their hotels. You should obsess over the first paragraph of your essay. Did it spike an emotion? Raise an eyebrow? Land a joke? No? Rewrite until it does. 4. You can't acquire good taste doesn't come by mistake. It requires intention, focus, and care. Taste is a commitment to a state of attention. It’s a process of peeling back layer after layer, turning over rock after rock. 5. Finding the right word is overrated; finding the right vibe is underrated. The vibe comes first. Find the feeling you want to deliver and the right phrase will find you. 6. George Saunders perhaps came up with the most minimal definition of good writing: Good writing is when someone wants to read the next sentence. 7. What Brie learned from George Saunders about editing. He imagines a little meter in his head whenever he reads his own word. One with "P" for positive. The other with "N" for negative. He edits and edits until the "P" stays active for the entirety of the text. 8. Dial down your “teacher voice.” Avoid banal superficialities and the uptight voice they’re usually delivered in. Lean into your learner voice instead. Let the reader hear curiosity in your words. 9. Dial up your inner voice. Turn up the dial on feelings and sensations that most people would ignore, for they hold the keys to what you actually think and feel. 10. Sports players watch their performance on tape to see where they went wrong. Brie Wolfson records herself reading her essays and then plays them back to notice where she doesn’t sound like herself. 11. Writing pressurizes you, both consciously and unconsciously, to polish your ideas. Just like the prospect of guests makes you tidy up your house, the prospect of sharing your ideas with others makes you tidy up your thinking. 12. A great essay is the result of a writer being obsessed with the subject. Ditch your essay if your commitment to the topic is lukewarm. 13. A Steve Jobs quote that applies to every industry: “I think part of what made the Macintosh great was that the people working on it were musicians and poets and artists and zoologists and historians who also happened to be the best computer scientists in the world.” Be obsessive about your side-hobbies. 14. Your readers will love you for the same reason your friends do: for your authentic weird self. Do you have the courage to show it? I've shared the full conversation with Brie Wolfson below. If you'd rather listen on YouTube, Spotify, or Apple, check out the replies…

Most cardiologists still say once your arteries are significantly blocked, that's it—irreversible. Dr. Aseem Malhotra went to India and saw the scans that prove otherwise. A cardiologist there followed patients with 50–70% coronary blockages for ~2 years. They followed a simple protocol: high-fiber vegetarian meals, two 30-min brisk walks daily, and 40 minutes of Raj Yoga meditation (breath-focused + spiritual reflection in community/ashram setting). Repeat angiograms? Average 20% reduction in blockages. The shocker: when crunched statistically, only the meditation stood out as the independent factor driving reversal—not the diet, not the walking. Malhotra reviewed the pre/post images himself, met patients who described ditching addictions, repairing broken relationships, rediscovering purpose. It wasn't just technique—it was a deeper reconnection to self, others, and something bigger. His conclusion hits hard: in a world engineered for chronic stress, isolation, and disconnection from nature/community, the root inflammation fueling heart disease may be emotional/spiritual starvation. 40 minutes a day of intentional inner stillness as serious medicine? In 2026, with burnout and loneliness epidemics raging, that doesn't sound fringe anymore—it sounds urgent. This 4:02 clip from his Gary Brecka conversation will make you question what "irreversible" really means. Have you ever felt a real shift in your body (energy, inflammation, sleep, mood) from consistent meditation/breathwork—or seen it transform someone you love? What keeps most people from even trying 20–40 minutes daily? Or if you're skeptical: what's the biggest red flag for you in these kinds of reversal stories?

A young man sees someone drive by in a Ferrari with a blonde. He thinks: that guy has everything. Jordan Peterson says look closer. "The woman in the car is a prostitute with a cocaine addiction. Her life is one catastrophe after another." "He's had to lie and cheat his way into this position. He's afraid everything's going to come crashing down on him." "And that's what you're jealous of." He spent 15 minutes explaining what we're actually built for: "We view ourselves as built for pleasure. For consumption. For safety. For egotistical self-aggrandizement and fame." "What are we actually built for? Maximal challenge." "We're built to walk uphill. When you reach the pinnacle, you want to stop and appreciate the vision. But the next thing you want is a higher hill in the distance." "It's from the uphill climb that we derive our value." This is why young men disappear into video games. "That's all acted out in the video game. The active warrior moving uphill with sword in hand. That's dynamic. That's exciting." "They have to act that out in their own life. Video games are not a substitute for life." Start where you are. Even if it's embarrassing. "Humility is starting where you are. If your life is a mess, you have to see that you're the person in that mess." "Your first attempt to fix it might not be something you're particularly proud of." "I saw this in my clinical practice. The first steps people had to take were pretty embarrassing. They'd think: really? That's all I can do?" "Hey, man. Uphill is better than downhill." Here's what most people don't understand about momentum: "You accrue success exponentially. You accrue defeat exponentially too." "Start going downhill, you go downhill faster and faster. Start going uphill, you go uphill faster and faster." "Even if you have to start painfully small, it doesn't matter." Everyone wants confidence. But self-esteem is a lie. "Self-esteem doesn't even exist. It's a pathological concept altogether." "You want confidence that's based in competence. Otherwise it's narcissistic." "How do you develop that? You watch yourself exceed your limits." "And then you think: there's something in me that can exceed my limits. That's your true self." You want a goal you can never fully attain. "Almost all the positive emotion we feel, especially the emotion that fills us with enthusiasm, is experienced in relationship to a goal." "You want a horizon of ever-expanding possibility." "People stake their soul on attaining an instrumental goal. Then they get there and think: now what?" "The answer can't be: I'm going to live in the lap of luxury and never have to do anything." "What do you want to be? A giant infant with a gold bottle? You never have to do anything but lay on your back and suck." "No. You want to be an active warrior moving uphill with your sword in hand." Now here's the dark part: "You need to contemplate your own malevolence. Because you're not only who you are. You're who you could be. For better or worse." "I think it's easier to understand who you could be if you were better once you deeply understand who you could be if you were worse." "You think: I'm way deeper on the negative end than I thought. Much more closely aligned with the forces of hell than I presumed." "That's easy to swallow factually. Not so easy to swallow emotionally. It's a bitter pill." "I don't think you can contemplate the good without contemplating the evil first. It doesn't have the depth." "Fear of God is the beginning of wisdom." Many of his clients are too agreeable. They let everyone else win. "They're resentful and don't know how to stand up for themselves. They're very compassionate by nature. If you're negotiating with them, they'll let you win." "That's not good. You need to win too." "You cannot negotiate unless you can say no. And it causes conflict to say no." The solution sounds counterintuitive. "You have to develop your inner monster a little bit. And that makes you a better person, not a worse person." "It's weird. But that's just how it is." On privilege and how to pay for it: "Some cards are privilege. Maybe you're born intelligent. Symmetrical. Healthy. Into a culture where it's easier not to be deprived. Maybe your parents are rich." "All of that is unearned." "The way you pay for your privilege is with your virtue." "You expiate and atone by doing your best to live the best possible life you can manage. To speak the truth. To treat people with respect. To put your house in order." On envy: "Don't be so sure your position in your room is so damn trivial. It might be your attitude towards it that's trivial." "If you're in dire circumstances, look at how much opportunity you have to make things better." "You don't even want it to be easy."

A blackjack dealer in Macau got blacklisted from the VIP rooms last spring for counting cards. By August he couldn't get a floor job at any property in Cotai. So he deposit $500, ran a Hermes trading agent on Polymarket and pulled in $881,319 over the next 14 months. His wallet: The casinos taught him one thing - count, size your bet to your edge, walk away when the edge is gone. So he makes 5 trades a day. Not 50. Not 500. Five. And waits for the rest. Here's the actual stack. Claude Opus 4.7 reads the order book nightly, scores every threshold market by Markov persistence x Kelly edge, and surfaces the 2-3 mispriced ones. Hermes Agent by NousResearch executes. A $10/mo Hetzner VPS runs it 24/7. Telegram pings on every fill. Total cost: $10/month. Setup: 30 minutes. No coding. One trade in April: Will Bitcoin reach $90,000? Market said 1.2¢. He put $3,088 on Yes. It hit. +$123,196. A 3,988% return on a single position. The real edge is the nightly self-learning loop. Every midnight, Opus reads the day's trade journal and rewrites MIN_PROB and MIN_EDGE in the .env file. Last week the threshold was 0.87. This week 0.89. Next week maybe 0.91. His version of the bot has rewritten itself 412 times in 14 months. The Macau syndicate couldn't ban him from Polymarket. The bot doesn't sit at a table. It doesn't show a passport. It just hunts the tails. Save this post - if you want to build something of your own based on Hermes. Or just start copying algorithm that has improved itself 412 times:

THIS IS THE BIGGEST LIE IN ECONOMICS RIGHT NOW Everyone's celebrating because "inflation is coming down." Politicians are taking victory laps. Economists are patting themselves on the back. And meanwhile, you're still paying 30% more for groceries than you did 3 years ago. Let me explain why the entire inflation conversation is designed to mislead you: People don't live on rate of change. They live on price levels. Let's say your rent goes up 30% over 3 years. That's roughly 9-10% a year. A massive number. You're bleeding. Then the next year, your rent doesn't increase at all. The bean counters in Washington look at that and say: "See? Rent inflation is zero. Problem solved." Meanwhile you're still paying that 30% premium every single month. Nothing got cheaper. Nothing went back to normal. The government just stopped measuring the pain. That's gaslighting with a spreadsheet. And it gets worse. The official CPI print came in at 2.8% in February. Some economists are running around saying "true inflation" is only 1.8% if you strip out housing. Others say if you annualize the last 3 months, it's barely above 1%. Great. Wonderful. Fantastic. Except the cumulative price increase since 2020 is over 22%. Your eggs. Your insurance premiums. Your car repairs. Your kids' daycare. None of those prices came back down. Not one. The inflation rate could hit zero tomorrow and your cost of living would still be 22% higher than it was 5 years ago. That's the part they conveniently leave out of every press conference. Here's what this actually means for real people: If your wages haven't grown 22%+ since 2020, your real purchasing power has declined. PERIOD And for most Americans, wages haven't kept up. So you've got two outcomes playing out simultaneously: Either workers demand higher wages to catch up, which puts upward pressure on costs and keeps inflation sticky. Or they don't get the raises, their real incomes deteriorate, and consumer spending eventually cracks. Neither outcome is good. This is the K-shaped economy in action. If you own assets like real estate, equities, commodities you've been largely insulated. Asset prices inflated right alongside everything else. But if you're the average worker living on a paycheck? You've been getting quietly crushed for 5 straight years while every headline tells you the problem is "under control." If anyone tells you inflation is "back to normal," they're either lying to you or they don't understand the difference between the speed of the damage and the damage itself. A car crash at 60 mph is worse than one at 30 mph. But decelerating from 60 to 30 doesn't undo the wreck that already happened. That's where we are right now. The wreck already happened. Prices aren't coming back. And the people celebrating "disinflation" are measuring the speed of the car, not the damage to the passengers. 45 years on Wall Street taught me this: when the official narrative diverges this far from lived reality, something eventually gives. Either wages catch up, which means inflation stays sticky far longer than anyone projects. Or demand breaks, which means the recession everyone keeps ruling out becomes inevitable. The government can redefine the math all they want. But your grocery bill doesn't care about annualized 3 month core PCE.
