When your own candidate says you’ve let regular folk down, maybe it's time to listen. Even NDP candidates are feeling let down by David Eby. His reaction says it all.

Oh give me a break. The BC conservatives are literally lying to everybody and it's just full of failed liberals. But you still call yourselves conservatives and tell people in the public that that's what you are. You're f****** hypocrites and you're also communist scumbags.

Lets not forget he ripped off fixed low income seniors and disable people just this year. With the chages to the property tax deferment system created in 1974 to keep these people in their homes wothout hardships. Under the old simple interest rules, a 2.45% rate meant you paid exactly 2.45% of the principal per year—interest never accumulated interest. Under the new rules, the 6.45% nominal rate compounds monthly on the 23rd of every month costing at least an extra $70,OOO in interest alone on a 4000 yearly tax bill deferred for 20 years. Assuming that low tax doesn't go up each year.

This election is about David Eby not wanting to take tough questions from the opposition regarding mandatory reporting in schools. If any administrator or teacher knows of a child who has been abused or sexually assaulted by a group of students, they have a duty to report. It’s interesting though, David could still do something to save himself. All he needs to do is have his attorney general allow police to press charges against the 3 boys. #bcpoli
