In this video, I respond to the firestorm over my recent X posts about Candace Owens and her husband, and why I still believe he should have stepped in long before things got this dangerous. Candace has built a massive platform and, like her or not, you have to respect the work it took to get there. But when your own words say you’d stop if your husband told you to, and you’re now dealing with hate, vitriol, and even alleged death threats, I believe a husband has a duty to protect his wife, his marriage, and his kids. In this sit-down, I walk through my original X videos, read some of the wild comments, clarify what I meant by “control,” and explain why real love sometimes means saying, “Enough.”

In the video you can see the agents standing in a parking lot with legal observers filming them. As the agents get into their car you hear the person filming say, “Capture it [my face], get your fucking camera.” And as the ICE agent, with a camera in her hand cataloging people who are watching them, closes the car door, she says: “You’re fucking dead, dawg.” And then she closes her door and they drive away. Just watching that Rawmarsh clip and trying to see it from the officers’ side for a second. In a messy nighttime situation with a group of young people, things can spiral really quickly. Add in alcohol and things can get messy.. The first use of force is after one of the group refuses to move and is pushed by the officer. If they’re resisting, not listening to directions, or getting aggressive, the police aren’t just going to stand back and let it turn into an all-out street fight. That’s why you see them using physical control and ground restraint — it’s standard training to get hold of the situation fast and stop it getting worse. And when a baton comes out or a Taser is drawn? A lot of the time it’s to create space and get control without things turning even more physical. Would you rather they stood there and let the group go at them, or try to manage it before someone really gets hurt? Have a full on street fight? You see how quickly the group moves away, no one hurt no one fighting. UK law says any force has to be necessary and proportionate. We’ve only got a bystander video so far though — bodycam footage and the full context will show what actually happened. Rotherham’s history makes people extra sensitive to this stuff, and rightly so. Stop perma full clearing if you want to win games Video below explaining it but i am providing a transcript for anyone that doesnt speak english to translate or maybe that are deaf You are losing games by full clearing now. What I mean by this isn't that full clearing is inherently bad. What I mean is that lot of people get stuck thinking they just have to full clear the problem is once you get your first item, a lot of the time it's actually best to just not full clear. Because when you get your first item and especially when you're ahead, you should be looking to do things actively on the map. Because if you just full clear, you're giving the enemy essentially, breathing space. And if they're behind, they shouldn't have breathing space. If you're just full clearing and they're full clearing, you're giving They equal gold, which you never want to do when you're ahead, because any they get is going to be worth more than any gold you get, because of percentages. so whenever you're strong like this, you want to look for ways you can impact the map instead of full clearing. Especially since, in this scenario here, I can see my entire top side is warded. So even if I do get invaded and lose my camps, I at least know it's getting invaded. and I can account for that and do something else here. So, my bot lane just came out of base, fresh items, so they're also strong. So they're also looking to fight. Here I need to wait for them to push one more way before dragon. So I'm just going to take my red buff, and then we're going to look to do the dragon. And the reason this is so important is because we're both spiking. We just came from base. And the enemy has a very strong dragon fight. They have Lissandra, Rengar, and Ash Seraphine, which means Ash Seraphine should almost always have prio. So, if we don't take Dragon with this one timer, Ash Seraphine will always have prio, and then they have a strong 2v2 with the Slander Vengar. So, we have this one time to take it. If I was just to go full clear, my bot would never have prio ever again. This is our one window, and we're able to take the Dragon where my bot lane has prio. So instead of full clearing, I just go straight to the Dragon. And if there is a fight, I'm strong here because I'm on Item Spike, and so is my bot lane. So it's actually a decent fight. And then I can fast forward. So then Rengar ends up ganking my bot lane. I kill him. And then I'm recalling again because I have a decent buy here of 1500 gold. And it's going to be the same thing essentially here. I'm not just going to full clear. There's no reason to just full clear, right? I'm very strong. I have full item. I just bought 1500 gold worth of items. And top's kind of overextending here. So I'm just going to sprint straight top. And we don't end up killing, but we do get his ult and his flash. That's pretty worth. Could have honestly killed him if I Thresh missed his hook. It's a bit unlucky. But the point is. The point is to just not folklore. and I still get my camps guaranteed, and the most Rengar could take is just my raptors. I know he can't take my top side because I'm top side right. So the most I can lose is my raptors. And it's always worth it to just go for the kill top. If I lose my raptors now, it's earlier in the game, and it's a lot harder to break your full clear because you do get punished more. Because one, it's harder to kill people because have less items, less damage, less cooldown stuff like that. It's harder to farm it takes longer. So more camps, you're more your camps are sitting the longer it's going to take for you to clear them. And then, if you do lose camps early game, it snowballs way harder. So I'd say once you get your upgraded Smite, like your Rainbow Smite, like your first upgraded Smite, that's when it's a little bit easier to skip camps. You basically don't really want to break your full clear aside from that. But once you get your first item, for sure, you want to be skipping camps to look for proactive plays. You don't have to go for plays just to go for plays, but you should be looking for that. So I hope that was pretty helpful. I mean, maybe it's like a casino. Maybe it's happened, but it's not the normal way. Second, you're going to spend your life learning. You know, I read four or five newspapers every morning. I read tons of stuff. I read everything that people send me. When you go out on the road, learn, learn, learn. You learn from clients, learn from competitors. When we meet with small businesses, you're always learning. And that could be a small thing that someone said, why do you do this? You say, my God, we should do that differently. It's a very large thing. Even innovation sometimes is not an aha. It's a lot of little things added on top of each other. The iPhone was 3G. You know, the glass, the semiconductors, the batteries. It wasn't one thing that created an iPhone. So learn, learn, learn. Treat people the way you want to be treated. You know, like have respect for people and be willing to change your job a little bit. Don't worry about your income level. You know people focus. Oh my god. I take that job I love the people but it's less money. Y ou know what sometimes it's the absolute right thing to do So be a little bit of flexible and the job you take and try you know in your in your lifetime. You should be prepared to do a bunch of different things. We tell people it's your job to take care of your mind, your body, your spirit, your soul, your friends, your family. You need to do that at any level because if you don't know you probably won't be a particularly productive worker we can help and but we can't do it for you. We can provide opportunities, but we can't do it for you. Second, you know, when you're... Wait, so what does that mean? You want people to basically say, I'm going to leave, I've got to... Yes. You've got to go take care of your kid's baseball game. You don't feel well. You need a spiritual getaway. You should do those things, and it can be done. Most of the people in my life who are always fringy, they can't get it done, I always tell them, it's you. It's not the company. There are a lot of people doing that exact same job, and they're always at peace and at ease, and they have their family time. You know, if you're a male who just had a bunch of babies, you know, maybe you can't play golf every day in the weekends. Maybe you got to just cut back on other things and focus on that. You can't give kids, for example, quality time only. You don't get the quality without quantity. And I tell people, so you have to arrange your life so it works for you in a way that you're taking care of your health. When I go travel overseas, I schedule exercise time. Management is get it done, follow up, discipline, planning, analysis, facts, facts, facts, analysis, get the right people in the room. You know, kill the bureaucracy, all these various things are going to get done, which if you don't, you won't be particularly good. But the real keys to leadership aren't just doing that or making sure it's done, but having people who want to work at the place. So you might want to work for me if you trust me. If you know what I care about is the client, the country, something different. If the person's selfish, you know, blames you and takes the credit, you're not going to want to work there. So to me, humility openness, fairness, being authentic, that's what creates leadership. Not that they're the smartest person in the room or the hardest working person in the room. And you can, you know, if you made a list of good CEOs, it's not their charisma, it's not always their brainpower, but you won't be a good CEO without that because people want to work there. And so to me, that is a whole different way of making sure you manage it."

Gluten free & Coeliac Disease on TV 🧡 Did you watch it? What did you think? It was amazing to hear from Frankie (who has coeliac disease), Nicola (Frankie’s mum) and also Professor David Sanders, a gastroenterologist and Chair of the Coeliac_UK Health Advisory Council. A fabulous combination of people, able to provide both real life, lived experience and the correct medical information and advice. Thank you This Morning for making sure this happened, it was so important and hopefully will make a difference in many different ways to many different people. In my mind it helped to: 🔸 Raise awareness of what coeliac disease is, what symptoms to look out for (there are more than you might think) and that you should NOT remove gluten from your diet until you have been tested for Coeliac Disease (I hear from thousands of people who have done this either because they thought it was best OR worse still, their doctor recommended them to - this is not correct). It’s so easy to shout, get angry and frustrated when things are misrepresented, misunderstood and spoken about in a dangerous and incorrect way HOWEVER, I find that whilst we are quick to jump on the negatives, we are less quick to show our appreciation when things are done right. Yes, maybe some people might think that it shouldn’t have be spoken about wrongly in the first place (you’re right!) but if it hadn’t of been, we wouldn’t of had this amazing opportunity to raise awareness on TV. This is not just a win, but a reminder of what consistent effort can actually turn into. few years ago I didn’t have a clear direction. I just knew I wanted more. More than where I was, more than what I was seeing, more than what felt possible at the time. So I started trying things. Failing quietly, learning, starting again. No big announcements, no validation, just me showing up every day and figuring it out as I went. At first my only goal was simple. Just get better, earn something, prove to myself that I could actually make this work. And I did. But like most people, there were moments where it started to feel like that was enough, like I could slow down a bit. That mindset is dangerous. Because the moment you tell yourself this is okay, you stop pushing. And when you stop pushing, you stop growing. I had to change that. I shifted my focus. I stopped just trying to get by and started building something real. I leaned into Web3, started putting myself out there, connecting with people and creating opportunities instead of waiting for them. And that changed everything. It made me realize something. A lot of people don’t lack motivation. They’ve just outgrown their reason. When your goals are too small, your effort becomes small. When your vision expands, your actions follow. Right now I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’m far from where I started and that gap means everything to me. So I’m raising the standard again. Bigger goals, more visibility, building things that actually matter and not getting comfortable too early. If you’ve been part of my journey in any way, I appreciate you. It’s exactly what every parent needs to hear BEFORE they decide to medicate their child. “Whatever that f*cking [ADHD] is, it’s a superpower. It’s a superpower if you use it right. As someone diagnosed with ADHD, I really appreciate this rant from Joe Rogan. Rick Rubin: "Make what you love, not what you think people will like" "If you want to live in a creative way, which will benefit everything in your life, be a better person in your family, do a better job starting a new business, it's all the same. I don't really know anything about music. It's more a way of looking at the world and wanting it to be the best it could possibly be. And doing whatever it takes to be the best it could possibly be." Rubin shares how his career happened: "From the beginning, I never thought any of the things I'm doing were possible or realistic. I just did things out of the love of them, thinking I would have real jobs. That my passion would be my hobby, and I'd have a job to support my hobby. And it just magically turned out different than that without me knowing it was possible." On why some things connect and others don't: "The stars line up at certain times for certain things to happen. Sometimes you can make something great, and it doesn't connect for whatever reason. Sometimes you make two things you think are the two best things you've ever made. One of them connects with the world. One of them doesn't. And it might not have anything to do with what's in the art. It might be that it came out the same day as something else. Or there was a bigger story at the time. If you're invested in the collaboration, you want the best idea to win. You don't want your idea to win." On what makes art great: "What makes it great is the personal. With all of its imperfections. He warns against being derivative: "There are these derivative voices where they're finding what they think other people want to hear, and they start saying it because they've heard other people say similar things that are now successful. The people who you first see and you might not like that you come to like because you don't understand them at first, those are the ones that change the world. We're not smart enough to know what someone else is going to like.
