My TP is just a guide, I always close 10 - 15% before TP if I can help it. I'm not giving up profit for the sake of fulfilling righteousness and discipline– my trading journal can go fuck itself.

That guy is supposed to manually end the trade as it's that close to the TP. But then again, it's a 5-minute timeframe (too much noise), less time to trail the SL as it gets closer to the TP. For this reason, I prefer using D1 → H4 → H1 (forecast on D1/H4; execute on H1).
