My dog (Timmy Chonga) eats cucumbers. In fact, he steals them from the garden with alarming regularity.

What a cute doggie

I had a dog as a kid who would drag zucchini out of the garden and eat them. We'd find the bottom section of the peel of them laying in the grass as the only part she wouldn't eat.
