🐰 So in the end, if you want to live life well, you first have to face reality. 🐯 Face reality. 🐰 What kind of situation am I in right now? If it’s negative, I need to get out of it, and if I’m happy, I need to be able to maintain it. 🐰 So how do I do that? I think I do

I don’t profess to have medical answers for ME. My learning was how to reduce stress in all aspects of my life. Some of it had unexpected positive effects on my physical health. But I would never say I have found an answer. The misunderstanding and lack of answers is just awful for all of us x

NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman Tells Me The Heavens Reveal God's Glory and Point Us To Our Creator! "I’ve been to space twice and I think it’s very hard to be there and not be spiritual because you just have an appreciation for how small we are in the grand scheme of things like the enormity of what’s around us and it had to have all started somewhere, right?" "We were destined to do this to go out to explore and to seek out a lot of those answers and they’re waiting for us." The NASA Administrator tells me he reads the Bible, inspired by the life of Charlie Kirk: "I started to read the Bible and I still do and I don’t think that that would’ve happened. I don’t think I would’ve had that kind of calling in that moment had it not been for what happened to Charlie."

Asked Jayson Tatum if — given how everything panned out — he still felt certain that he made the right decision to return this season after so much back and forth: “100%. I'm very happy that I came back to be a part of this team, got back to doing what I love, to help give us a chance to compete for a championship, to prove to myself that I can get back to being the guy who I was, and hopefully better. And just to kind of defy what this injury means — not necessarily from a standpoint of, ‘I'm great look at what I was able to accomplish,‘ but to give other guys hope. Obviously I don't want anybody to have to go through tearing their Achilles, but in the unfortunate event that it does happen, that I can be sort of inspirational — if you attack rehab a certain way if you follow these guidelines, or do it a certain way, that it's not like a career-ending injury, that you can come back, that you can be yourself, that you can be better, that it won't take 18 months, that you can come back, whenever is right for you. So I'm happy and proud of the fact that I was able to do that, and unfortunately, if somebody else has to deal with this, they can look at what I was able to do and and have some hope and inspiration that it's not what people used to think it was. And, you can come back from this, and be who you were and hopefully be better.“

“When you then went to hug your mom and dad, it must have been an incredible emotion. It must have leveled up in a big way.” Lando: “Yeah. I mean I think by then I ran out of tears 'cause I did the whole in lap, like crying a bit, took my helmet off. I think I ran out a little bit and then when I hugged my mom, she was the first person I went to was my mom and my dad. I wouldn't be here. It's quite simple. I wouldn't be here without them. I wouldn't get to have - wouldn't have had the chance to live my dream to live an incredible life that I have. I'm such a lucky person. I know I am. And I think that's also why I understand that. I understand what a lucky person I am to have been given that opportunity to get to enjoy my life since such a young age, karting, traveling the world, doing what I do. I get to now say thank you in the biggest way possible. And I also just get to give back and it's so hard to do that. When you're in my position ‘cause you always feel like you're taking and everyone's behind you and you're the star. But I really - I don't like that aspect of it. I only like the fact that I get to come in and see everyone so happy. That's the craziest feeling in the world is knowing you can have such a big impact on everyone. And yeah, I mean to see my mom's crying. And my dad, you know, that just shows how much it means to them, how much it means to me that I get to say thank you in that kind of way.”

Stephen Jackson on why playing for Coach Pop was the best thing for him: "I love Pop man, he mean everything to me. Not only did he give me an opportunity to be on a championship team and to be part of a championship organisation. But he taught me how to be a professional, he taught me how to be a man. And starting my career off, you know my first couple of years in San Antonio, is the main reason I played 14 years. Because I learnt so much about myself, about the game.. I owe all that to Pop man and I pray for him daily, and I just hope one day you know soon, that I can see him and hug him and tell him how much I appreciate him.. When it all comes down to it, the opportunity that he gave me and believing in me to start me half way during the season, and to finish that season off as NBA champions, that meant the world to me man and I owe everything to Pop." #GoSpursGo #PorVida

Moynihan: I know you're trying to get a social media clip but I’m not here to answer to you. Blow: I really appreciate you lecturing me about what I'm here to do, because I'm here because Abby show invited me here, and I have been in journalism for a very long time. In fact, I came to the New York Times when the year that you were born. So I suggest that you choose a lane that is your own and stay in it. And don't lecture me because I won't be lectured by a child.
