The car used the race-evolved S70/3 V12, producing about 590 hp, and won the 1999 24 Hours of Le Mans by a single lap over Toyota. After the victory, BMW quickly shifted focus to Formula One, and the LMR only raced briefly afterward in the American Le Mans Series, where it was beaten by Audi’s R8. Despite its short career, the LMR remains BMW’s only overall Le Mans win and a unique moment in the company’s racing as for the magnificent engine in this car, the S70 had a few versions, and unfortunately for us regular people, the only obtainable one was in the 850CSi, which was rather underwhelming.

Do you know, The 4.0L BMW S65 V8 was the best engine in automotive history, it Won the international engine award From 2008 to 2012.. it’s ironic because people argued that the V8 doesn’t belong in the M3 Yet this V8 that didn’t belong won Engine of the Year for practically every single year it powered a BMW M3 chassis, excluding its final year of production in 2013.

We inspected over 300+ vehicles last year and one thing I'm happy we were able to do was spot-out cars that won't give the intending clients Peace of mind 2026 we want to double down on that This Toyota Camry 2014 where the check engine light was deliberately blocked is another example. The scan result showed timing issues with the engine. And further examination showed the engine had been worked on in the past

Something I noticed from this video… Zach has the seat belt clicked in but tucked behind him so he doesn’t have to take it on and off and it doesn’t limit the engine speed. He’s really one of us 😂

Always been annoyed that nanite displacement is relative to the scale of the mesh, so I fixed it! The scene has a world aligned material where the displacement is static regardless of mesh scale. This engine change allows me to have different scales on the meshes without any issues. The meshes are then blended with MeshBlend to make it look like one surface. Cobblestone is always a favorite for testing displacement 😄 #gamedev Unreal Engine
