Likely dead. Trevor needs to get his facts straight - Whites actually voted to end apartheid in a Referendum held in 1992. Most of those that originally voted for the NP in 1948 to sanction in the Apartheid laws would be 96+ at this point like 0.03% of the population.

Apartheid was a crude and simplistic instrument designed to counteract a perceived but real problem. Vast numbers of blacks were pouring into formerly white areas and they didn’t know how to control it. They wanted the cheap Labour but not them living with them
