Where are you planning enforcement??? Why is no one helping?

Just to stop anymore mansplaining I know hedgerows need to be maintained but that is not what is happening here. You can refer to my previous tweets or google yew tree farm and read about the backstory in the many news articles that have covered they story over the years 👍

We reported it and asked them to get down there urgently. We wrote: ... It is clear that sections of the hedge at Yew Tree Farm have been removed without consent, contrary to the Hedgerow Regulations 1997. Please deal with this urgently as the destruction is in progress.

How long do you think it would take for the footpath to be completely impassable with brambles and scrub if the annual winter pruning didn't take place? Probably about two years. Has to be kept clear by law.
