The Asian population does not eat brown rice because it's indigestible. They've been eating it for millennia. They're not overweight as a whole.

It's good to make the government more efficient, and save tax payers billions. "Fib" or "No Fib"?...Seems obvious 🤔

Uh.. Honey, milk. But regardless carbs are like sugars and starches. Fiber itself is also a carb, humans just cant digest it. I think the diet epidemic is going to come down to chemicals, not the basic building blocks of all food.

Once I stopped eating store bread and using store flour, and started milling my own flour (from organic grains) on demand....I lost 30 pounds over 6 weeks with no other changes.

Wow! As someone with GI issues this is infuriating. They've really worked relentlessly to ensure we become sick and buy more of what they want us to buy I've been thinking about why they removed the growth of sugarcane crops from Hawaii. It's a dig I've meant to do for some time now. Now with the alteration of the actual plant my interest is really peaked.

Wild rice would be the better choice. Less inflammatory and higher fiber.

This guy is a moron, maybe eat some foods with fiber in it not try to get fiber from processed store-bought bread and white rice 🤦♂️

Ill use bran bread but ill jave the white rice all day long. Screw the brown rice.
