The RESET Center has been open just over 24 hours, and already dozens of people using drugs in public have been brought off the streets. This is a new model that we are using in San Francisco to bring people on the streets into a health focused facility where they can have a chance to be connected to treatment. This center is making it easier for officers to get back on the beat while giving people a real opportunity for treatment. We’re also hearing reports that staff have connected people with case managers who had been trying to reach them. This is an important new tool to help keep our streets safe and clean.

"Stay there" or "Stay down" was heard on the UVU review audio right before the big bang rang out. Who actually gave this announcement/command has never been pinned down and trying to analyse where it came from is near impossible. However I've now found the same "Stay there" in three different videos from three different angles well apart from each other.. listen closely you can hear it in all three. How is this possible to be picked up over the noise of the crowd on three seperate cameras?? Where did this transmission come from?? Someone seems to have had prior knowledge what was about to happen..

Josephine Hernandez says she doesn’t need anybody telling her daughter about the stuff she’s done on TV before she tells her herself. She says her daughter is too smart, likes to be in her business, and is always inquiring about certain things, so she had to let her know. “I told this before she was 9 that i used to take off my clothes for work. I think i told her this when she was like 7. Alot of things come up in our house i have to remind her where her mother come from or where her papa come from cos she don’t come from that she doesn’t know sh-t about that, you have to teach this children where their parent come from if not they will never understand the struggle, and so by me having to have these conversations with her about not judging people or not looking at people. I have alot of friends that come in and out that are gay or lesbians. I’ve been with women before. I’ve never told her i’ve been with a woman yet but it’s coming. She has friend in school that told her he was gay at their age, and im like you better hold that secret, he told you that your secret forever, don’t say sh-t to nobody else. Democracy is never of a kind where the same party will ever come to power. We have seen in our lifetimes, the change takes place at state level, at panchayat level, at municipal level, that's a democratic process. But one thing is for sure, there has to be continuity of development, continuity of our civilisational ethos, and that comes only from one aspect. We must respect democratic culture. India is perhaps the only country in the world that has constitutionally structured democracy at all levels. Before 30 years, we had constitutional democracy only in the State legislature and Parliament. But now we have constitutional democracy at the village level, at panchayat level, and the district level. #RajyaSabha
