Avoid easyJet. They are declining my compensation request and claiming that the 18 hour delay we had on our flight home was outside of their control, but are also telling me the delay was due to THEIR captain refusing to board the plane.

Nowhere, payment system hasn't been working yesterday or today!

My flight was cancelled. No email informing me, unfortunately ,still says “on time” but there was a fire at the airport , so no flights until Wednesday. My flight is from Catania to Bordeaux (U2 1896). I have a Ryanair flight from Bordeaux to Porto(FR4507) that I will miss.
