Where was Daniel? This question was always on my mind whenever I read that story. #ApostleJoshuaSelman

it’s best to be quiet where the scriptures are quiet. but if it want to speculate, the simple answer is daniel was not around. the people that were assembled for the dedication of the statue were not small people (we’re talking governors, judges, magistrates and co) so it’s not a case of daniel being lifted beyond some troubles. if he was around, he would have been asked to bow too

How come that influence didn't prevent him from being thrown into the Lion's Den? Abi Shedrach, Mishack and Abednego had more influence that time too?

The Bible doesn't say that Daniel was there or that he wasn't there. Let's be silent where the Bible is silent.

When the Bible is silent about a matter we should be silent. When it speaks then we can talk based off what was written. On this I do not agree with Apostle.

Please ask for God's wisdom and understanding and then go back to read the book of Daniel again. Unfortunately this interpretation I do not agree with it at all and how he explains it, it's got nothing to do with that or what his mentioning about Daniel and other three guys.
