This seems like something the @RCMPAlberta would be all over… Not everyday an actual leader of a separatist movement goes on media and states that the current government is buying people’s silence & influence. It does sounds highly illegal..

Rath and Krayden? Krayden lives for these over-the-top interviews which in general contain a multitude of misinformation. I wouldn't believe anything Rath has to say about anything at this point, but it could be worth further investigating.
