You should sand all of your replaced divots even if it's just a light coating. It keeps the birds from flipping them over later.

Question. If you don’t have the sand is it better to replace the “torn” up type divot or just leave it out? I always wonder if replacing it is good or not. The grass will most likely not grow.

Imagine making this video and highlighting the impact that divots have on golf balls, and not changing the most moronic rule in golf. Free relief from divots in the fairway should have happened centuries ago. FIX IT!

I like the mix and wish we used that at our course. We do have the sand-filled bottles, but without the mix.

Just move it from the divot, no closer to the hole. People can’t fix ball marks regularly.
