Gavin Newsom’s redistricting plan to gerrymander CA Congressional districts to help Democrats pick up U.S. House seats in the 2026 midterm election. Assemblymember Carl DeMaio (R-San Diego) announced he will organize a ballot initiative to ban on any state legislator from seeking elected office for the next 10 years if they vote this week in favor of the plan to nullify the CA independent citizens redistricting commission or its existing non-partisan election maps through 2030. “There needs to be a penalty for corruption in the State of California,” DeMaio said.

Voter gets handed "non-party affiliation" ballot, which is not his party affiliation, which stops him from casting a ballot because he is a Republican, all because an election worker made a "error" in the system. This seemed to happen to multiple Republicans in the Florida 2026 primary election. Why do these "errors" and "anomalies" only seem to happen to Republicans, and always in a negative way? Seems like a new tactic to disenfranchise Republicans to steal elections. I will say it again. The people running our elections are compromised. The patterns are undeniable.
