@dtlavleenkaur Agree with everything but something important has been missed out. Coconut oil... IMO it's properties and diversity as a cooking medium cannot be ignored!

For a change, I see a doctor sharing healthy food habits. I’m going to follow ma’am @dtlavleenkaur Honestly, many doctors I’ve visited casually mention diet with focused on medicines but don’t emphasize diet strongly. Doctors should strictly recommend better diets to reduce dependence on medication.

@dtlavleenkaur My kitchen has only ghee, coconut oil and olive oil. I stopped using the seed oils for a while now.
