this song is so old it cant properly cover all the countries on the ban list because it was made before the breakup of Yugoslavia and the USSR

What blows me away is that Sony allowed it to be published in those countries in the first place. This means that even if they did have to link accounts on the game's launch, they'd still have to refund it anyway after finding out they couldn't.
