The kid who got stabbed in the neck with a javelin, the kid who's hair got caught in a vent at a swimming pool and the kid who was climbing over a metal fence and got a spike through their leg.

It was a Scout group who were in caves,they had to swim underwater to pop out the other side, one was so nervous they swam too deep and ended up in an underwater chamber that no one knew about. Haunts me to this day. Can't remember how they rescued him.
