nothing like relays!!!! it's the working together that makes it so exciting!! As a coach I have always loved helping kids, but when I had a group of 8-9 year old girls go from last in the beginning of a season to winning in the final meet and mastering handoffs, well I was 😢

4x4 last event of the night hs track meet under the lights. Whole team, even the throwers 3 slices of pizza deep after throwing a metal ball a few feet 5 hours ago all lined up on turns 3-4 just losing their minds.
