Which is greater: 2024²⁰²⁵ or 2025²⁰²⁴?

I guessed correctly because I reasoned that multiplying one more time would make a much bigger difference than multiplying a slightly bigger number. But I love your more precise derivation!

It seemed obvious that 2024²⁰²⁴ is rather close to 2025²⁰²⁴, and multiplying either by 2024 times would greatly overwhelm the difference, but didn't see e coming
