Here is why the gen alpha method sucks ass: Basically, in order to do the first step you need to make an educated guess as to how many times 6 goes into 2094. Relatively easy in this example, but let's say you need to divide 8372 by 17... Now you're pretty fucked, whereas millennials can knock this out by starting with 83 an 17. You could say that gen alpha could use 83 and 17 as well to find the number to add on the right, but if they're going to do that, then they might as well save some time and space by just doing the millennial method. Any way you look at this, their method blows. Let me know if and why I'm wrong please.
