Which nation sub bending do you think is the most dangerous?

Earth has 2 sub bendings or even more and that's crazy, sand bending, lava bending, metal bending and I think wood is part of it, those guys are just smth else

Well, the Water Nation can control the blood within your body, the Air Nation can pull the air from your lungs; I would imagine with long enough training, the Earth Nation could pull the iron from your blood. I would say all are dangerous, but Earth could be terrifying.

Blood Bending. As we've seen, you can still freely move while an airbender sucks the air out of your lungs. A bloodbender could literally snap your neck or stop your heart while you're trying to suffocate them (the only reason we never see that is because it's a "kids" show).

Water, an air bender needs to move to suffocate. Blood bending stops any other bender or even just person from taking action against them. Blood bending is literally the answer to fighting any living creature that has blood flowing through them

sadly we only seen 2 sub bending of air, flight and suffocate. water is plenty from swamp bender, bloodbending, ice, fog, healing

Bloodbending is wildly dangerous. Puppeting someone with their blood is the least scary thing you do with it. A bloodbender could easily give someone a heart attack or a stroke. They could also force someone to shit their pants. If you control water you control their entire body.

Depends on whether you're talking about the average or the most powerful. Imagine someone walking through a town, weakening the foundations of every single building enough to collapse in hours. Any Earthbender could theoretically do that without being noticed.

They all have their strengths and flaws, even the suffocation techniques from air: - High concentration needed - trapped/captivated/weak victim needed - useless against moving targets - user is open for counter attacks - people can hold their breath - useless against large groups

Coupled with the fact that they have metal bending also

The single most dangerous is obviously bloodbending, but combustion, lightning, and lava bending (in about that order, you could switch lava and lightning tbh) are just behind it.
