I'd have to say the guy in the video is an idiot and shouldn't be handling a firearm. You should clear the chamber, lock back the slide and remove the magazine before ever looking into the barrel.

Pointing the muzzle at your body of an uncleared weapon with the action closed. Racking the slide and then pulling the trigger, with your hand in front of the muzzle. Impressive count for a 44 second video.
