The fact the original one was from all the way back in 2011 shows how crazy nozomu abe is. The new one still incredible but don't use it as a way of saying abe work is trash or mid.

Fate/Zero is one of my favourite anime of all time, but the aura this guy exudes and the animation quality take it to the next level, and that's just from the small tree branch. So I'm with the new one.

The new version just serves to show that, despite Ufotable's art being very fucking pretty, their actual animation isn't on the level people want you to believe it is.

Nothing beats Saber. She is absolute peak.

The thing is while FSF looks better imo, the voice acting and sound design of the Ufotable Excalibur put it higher. Artoria’s Excalibur will always be THE Excalibur to me.

i prefer fsfs, as there are also many other cuts to that Excalibur you cut out

the copy just looks like a mess, like whoever's using it wasn't meant to and the NP acted a bit out of control Saber's NP is a focused/concentrated blast like she was the one meant to use it

I think Strange Fake Excalibur is way overdone for an attack that does zero damage. They should have saved that kind of production values for later on.

The latest fate/Strange fake of course! Mind u the Og still great! But we should also praise how much animation have improved in past year to even catch up to some level of "Ufotable" Quality!! Its my favorite series even before it got anime series
