@Toobusy0147 What the f*** is wrong with these rundowns. Why is the person receiving the ball standing still instead of moving forward? You should only have to make one throw. That is bad technique and bad coaching.
You just have to understand every coach has a way they want their team to play

@Toobusy0147 How we used to do it was the guy with the ball runs him to the guy without the ball.The guy without the ball runs towards him and calls for the ball.The guy with the ball throws the ball to the guy running at the runner.Catches it and tags him.That's it one thrown

@Toobusy0147 My favorite’s the diving stop near the end, pure hustle. Still, clips like these always remind me why the sports stay separate the velocity and power gap is obvious, and pretending otherwise just cheapens both games.
