Which Team Rocket Leader has the best shadow Pokemon? #pokemongo

@PokemonGoApp Great vid - but would give the edge to Arlo this time.. we have so many dragon attackers to compete with Haxorus but not as many great rock types, shadow tyrantrum is so goated

@PokemonGoApp You are only rating based on PVE... PVP would put Amora in 1st, Tyrunt in 2nd and Axew in 3rd.
