Monthly/Weekly = macro trend direction Daily = entries and support/resistance Intraday = execution and timing Most traders skip straight to 5-minute charts and wonder why they can't see the forest. Pick your timeframe based on how long you're willing to hold the trade.

The best timeframe depends on your trading style and goals. Scalpers prefer minutes, swing traders days, and investors months or years.
