Robots can now reconstruct 3D scenes in real time from a single RGB camera. [📍 Projects page + paper] No depth sensor. No retraining. 30 FPS. Researchers at the Imperial College London introduced KV-Tracker, a training-free method that makes heavy models like π³ and Depth Anything 3 fast enough for real-time tracking. The idea is simple. These models use global self-attention, which is powerful but computationally expensive. KV-Tracker caches the key and value pairs from selected keyframes and reuses them for new frames. That cache becomes an implicit scene representation. Result: • Up to 30 FPS • 10 to 15x speedup • Accurate 6-DoF tracking on benchmarks like TUM RGB-D and 7-Scenes • Works with monocular RGB only It also supports object-level tracking with masks and allows saving the KV-cache for later reuse. i built an open world minigame that's controlled with hand movements only here's a step-by-step tutorial: > started with my mediapipe + threejs template (see QT) > added a 3D model made by quaternius > sent a few prompts to gemini 3... --- prompt #1: repurpose the attached script, but now I want to import a gltf model (assets/model.gltf) and use that in the scene instead of the cube when the user moves their hand, a waypoint indicator should move around the scene, and the 3D model should smoothly move there when the user makes a fist, the model should jump the 3D model contains bundled animations in it. use the "idle", "run", and "jump" animations --- prompt #2: make this a procedural open world adventure. generate very simple procedural voxel terrain when the model gets near the edges of the screen, the camera should move, allowing the model to keep going in that direction --- prompt #3: add some floating glowing gems around the map that the user can collect --- i made some manual tweaks for styling and game feel, but that's the gist of it thanks for reading if you got all the way here full code is available at my link in bio

But I'm going to do it anyway it's the SEO & AI search dashboard I built in Claude Code it connects to your Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console and Claude Code builds it in 5 minutes and I made a Notion document and a skill file so you can build this in Claude Code yourself in literally minutes the dashboard has three tabs: 1. AI Search - How much traffic is coming from ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini ETC. It aggregates the GA4 data and gives single number 2. Paid ads - which keywords rank top 3 for but still pay for ads on, you should cut these to save budget 3. Organic overview - sessions, conversions, top landing pages, demographics. I always wondered "What if I port my three.js game to Rust? Will it improve performance?" I finally ported it to both Rust Desktop and Rust WASM (that runs on the browser) Comparing the three.js version with the Rust desktop I had a clear winner: Rust desktop. But now I took the time to port it to the web using Web Assembly (WASM) And my conclusion is... A tie! Both versions averaged 42FPS (60FPS if running one at a time) So if your goal is to ship a web game, it doesn't even matter the tech you use. (Three.js is recommended because the ecossystem is huge though) As long you optmize well (Web workers, reduce triangles, draw calls, etc) you should be good to go. But in the event you want to ship a native game to publish on Steam a system language (Rust, C++, etc) will be better for you. Now I want to port the three.js game to Desktop using Electron and see the results. I'll let you know. Btw, I'm open to new freelance projects. If you have anything for me, my DMs are open!

✨Introducing YesCheff is a web app that helps you learn, cook, and enjoy your favorite recipes through step-by-step cooking guides built from real YouTube content. You can even use your own YouTube links. A small but special project where I brought all my capabilities together, from design (brand & product) to animation, and development. This project came from exploring how Al models parse data into frontend components and the development of generative interfaces. I designed and developed the structure through React components (HTML, CSS, JS) for the frontend and Node.js for the backend. This is a testament of how one could develop digital products in a less frustrating and more flexible way with the use of Al, particularly when it comes to getting the styling and functionality right. That means less guessing from the generator. Though it’s not 100% foolproof, like any AI I guess? (I should stop stating the obvious every time). Image Tweaks via Chat Select any generated image and ask for fixes or changes in real time. Works great on unintended quad-view hallucinations, but also handy for quick iterations. Swapping colors, tweaking details, removing elements. Tripo 3D generator Especially the low-poly model, it consistently delivered fantastic game-ready topology when we tried it with our real-time AI output. And it's super fast.

2023 was the year of AI avatars 2024 was the year of AI photos 2025 was the year of AI videos And I think it's becoming clear now that 2026 will be the year of AI world models Fully interactive explorable 3d worlds generated from one or multiple 2d images or a prompt In turn these 2d images can then be generated by AI too So soon you can generate fully explorable virtual 3d worlds based on your own imagination Next will be figuring out how to make those worlds interactive This is World Labs (unaffiliated, but I like it) As always a lot of big AI model companies are now working on the same thing: 3d world models, only World Labs has a real properly working demo (for now) Very exciting time again!
