She must kiss her Warranty Goodbye. Front Loader washers aren't plug and play, there's transportation screws at the back of the machine she was supposed to remove first 😭

At the back of the machine on both sides of the drum there are metal rods installed, called a "stabilizer". She needs to remove them before continuing with the machine. She is fucking up the drum

We are all facing this issue and I removed the bolts but still 😭😭

past weekend one client had the same problem solution is to balance the machine on the floor either the floor is not straight or the four legs have to be adjusted to get a level sitting on the floors
