🩵: i think u could use the upper space (head voice region) more. i don't know if it will work or not, could u come over? when we produce falsetto, like "ha~", we tend to engage the muscles at the back of the neck slightly. its not the throat, but the muscles here at the back. we're going to push against the wall with our neck. think of it as pushing the wall with the back of ur neck, lean against like this. not the upper body, shoulders n stomach, like this. project the sound forward, keep pushing n resisting this part. (after the singing) u don't need to use alot of strength. if u do this, ur upper body relaxes, ur abdomen will breathe naturally, ur head voice will come into a resonant sound. when u sing like this, u will naturally feel ur head clear/open up // clearly wendy has learnt from the best vocal coaches, n she is an awesome one herself! she knows techniques, tricks/tips that textbooks don't mention; i'm quite sure wendy mastered them all, very daebak! 🤩🫶

the behind story from filming "today is wendy" 🩵: that was also my 1st filming 😆 so i was really nervous as well. i should have taken better care of u. but since i was nervous too, i didn't manage to do that much. but both of u did so well. whenever i think of babymonster, u're really well-known for ur live stages, so i've watched alot of ur clips before, n once u watch one, they keep showing up, so u end up watching more. i mentioned it back then too, seeing n hearing u in person, that was such a great experience for me 😊 👩🏻: thank u~ // wendy sunbaenim is the best! so sweet~ 🥰🫶

I thought this post wasn't going to get much attention, but all the small guys coping in the replies gave it quite a bit of traffic. As expected, the strength literacy of the average X user is abysmal — he doesn't even know what bodybuilding IS, or what bodybuilding training looks like, but he definitely knows: 1. That he hates it. 2. That it's deeply dysfunctional. 3. That it doesn't result in "real world strength". 4. That it doesn't build discipline. 5. That it's spiritually connected to transgenderism. Meanwhile, this was my 238th straight day of doing dysfunctional bodybuilding workouts. :)
