So what's inside? 90 Nm torque handles climbing and challenging terrain. 4+ hours runtime covers full shifts without recharging. IP54 rating works in rain and dust. 15 kg payload fits inspection equipment and sensors, and 13 km range. Open secondary development is critical for faster adoption. Why I am avoiding $TSLA: $TSLA bull thesis was based on two assumptions: $TSLA would be exclusive provider of robo-taxi and autonomous robots for at least several years. We see that this is not going to happen. The structure in both industries are evolving similar to computers: A dominant operating system provider with several OEMs. It's clear that $NVDA intends to be that operating system provider in both industries and OEMs are ready to build on its infrastructure. $GM is already collaborating with $NVDA on autonomy and there are formidable competitors in humanoid robots like Figure AI and Boston Dynamics. Though autonomy and humanoid robots are going to be giant markets, it's very unlikely that $TSLA will collect monopoly rents from them.

Feels like Western military have fallen behind in land warfare. Hulking MBTs are now get eaten for lunch by FPVs. Here is VU-T10 UGVs + Unitree robot dogs & DJI? hexacopter coordinating. Small & hard to detect, LO IR/noise signature. Can operate in front of larger armor.

China's frontline aircraft & naval radar using GaN MMIC for Power Amplifier, while US mostly uses GaA China achieved 119W GaN TR Module as early as 2008! America made strategic error in not moving faster. While F-35 moving to GaN w/ APG-85 China has major break thru w/ GaO MMIC So J-20/35 Power amplifier modules (used for electronic warfare and radar) is 1-gen ahead of current APG-77/79/81 on F-22/18EF/35 due to American complacency at a time when America was ahead of China in 3rd gen semiconductor material. Now that China is on par w/ Japan & ahead of America in 4th gen semi material (GaO & Diamond), it is also placing export control on Ga & Diamond to America. It will have significant advantage in EW & radar over USAF aircraft in the future. Remember, my comments about PTMS on J-36, this is why it's needed. The advantage of 4th gen semi material in RF cannot be utilized unless there is enough electrical power & associated cooling & electrical system to support. Thankfully for China, it is also world's leader in electrical system efficiency, power semiconductor, battery, high voltage systems & cooling. All this the result of its EV development obviously. Story of WZ-7/10 working together to detect target emissions & then tracking it down. Satellites notify C2 of possible problems, WZ-10 drone gathers electronic data from target > 500 km away & WZ-7 flies over to ID the target ship. Elint/Sigint is more important than ever as shown in the recent IAF/PAF engagement. The side that picks up emissions from satellites first can hone in on target & confirm positioning via airborne platforms. How to find ships & aircraft in large Ocean area? You need satellite constellations & large # of aerial platform patrolled by long endurance drones & special missions platform like Y-9 aircraft. PLA embarked on a massive special missions platform buildup around Y-8/9 in mid 2000s based on the type of assets US military was deploying around its borders. Learning from the best is how you catch up. 20 yrs later, PLA is now at cutting edge where its front line fighter jet rarely turn on their RF to keep their profiles low, relying on EW & Elint aircraft/satellites to mess up other side's RF & get early reading on their positioning b4 directing ISR assets to beam in & track their positioning. All while relying on operational control to perform intel analysis & give directions. Note the last part where it passes coordinates to PLARF to launch missiles at target. Identify possible target -> gather Elint/Sigint -> confirm target location & ID -> give command to attack it So this is a within 2IC kill chain developed over 2 decades of cat/mouse game in westpac. When I 1st started following PLA, I was often told that carrier groups are really fast & hard to track. The Soviets could not ID target fast enough & send Backfires over quickly enough for target to still be there over Pacific Ocean. Modern tech + rise of satellites & drones are making large carrier group or even solo ship operation in westpac almost untenable due to their need to have some level of communication w/ outside world. Even SSNs can be ID'd when they come up to periscope depth to communicate w/ satellites. That's why you see China keep launching more Elint/Sigint satellites to constellation as well as communication satellites to complete the data-linking & info sharing. More satellites -> better area coverage & more resilience. When China sold J-10C & PL-15s to PAF, what it actually sold to PAF was the intel sharing & kill chain. IAF was surprised by how quickly PAF was able to ID its assets & launch missiles at them from far away. When US military provides support to Ukraine, the satellite intel, data-linking & ISR is simply irreplaceable. That's the value of these global satellite network & drones.

Glenn Diesen says that will never happen. Those missiles are the only reason Iran is still in this fight. Demanding a country surrender its only deterrent isn't diplomacy.
