"But if they are" or "if they were" are standards I'm not ok with. They MUST follow the legal process, just as every other American. I can't just find land I like and just start building on it saying I've moved there because I feel safer or because I like the location better, then make the landowner feed me, give me medical attention, pay for mine and my children's education, and give me an allowance while I live on his property. I would face penalties for going on someone else's land. Just as I would be trespassing on that persons land, illegals are trespassing into our country!
