We signed a Drone Deal agreement with Denmark. This is already Ukraine’s ninth such agreement, and it is important that more and more partners are joining this format, which opens up greater opportunities for joint defense production, the exchange of expertise, and transparency in weapons exports. Together, we are building a new security architecture. I thank Denmark, and personally Mette, for this step toward strengthening our shared defense. It was with Denmark that we began joint production in Ukraine under the Danish model, and it is absolutely fair that Denmark will now have access to Ukrainian exports of weapons tested in war. Today, we also discussed with the Prime Minister Statsministeriet the strengthening of our air defense and work on European anti-ballistic defense. It is extremely important for us right now to receive Patriot missiles as quickly as possible and to jointly develop our own European capabilities to counter ballistic threats. I thank Denmark for its continued support for our people – for its defense and financial assistance, and for all its contributions to the PURL initiative.

To call on Israel not to act in self-defense is reprehensible. By saying that Israel had a "win" simply because no one died encourages belligerent dictatorships like Iran to strike again. I'd like to hear from one politician who would call for restraint if hundreds of missiles and drones were targeted at the United States. America should support Israel if it decides to strike back.

Russia used Iran as a tool to put pressure on the West and destabilize the region: ◾️ Iran supplied Russia with thousands of Shahed-136 attack drones and technology for their production on Russian territory under the name "Geran-2." ◾️ Iran supplied Russia with short-range ballistic missiles. The total value of contracts for the supply of missiles and drones at the beginning of 2023 was estimated at $1.75-3 billion. ◾️ In return, Russia supplied its own weapons to Iran, including air defense systems and aircraft, which, as we can see, did not help Tehran. ◾️ Russia helped Iran develop its nuclear program to increase instability in the region and strengthen the "anti-Western coalition." ◾️ Using its influence, Russia maintained its military bases in Syria and shared military expenses with Tehran. ◾️ Iran, which has been under sanctions for decades, helped Russia circumvent sanctions: the development of the North-South Transport Corridor through Iran allowed Russia to export goods bypassing European ports. ◾️ Iran helped Russia master methods of covert financial transactions and parallel imports.
